Feral Childe Fall 2013: The Ghost Ship Gradient.  A view of New York Harbor from our Brooklyn studio windows at night. Inspiration from sea to shining sea. Port of Oakland and the San Francisco Bay, Hong Kong, Macau. Container ships, cruiseliners, ferries, and glittering bridges and buoys, steadfast tugboats, dredgers and scavengers. Classic silhouettes, sumptuous fabrics, sophisticated prints.  Shirtwaists and shirtdresses, shifts and button-down shirts. Silk broadcloth, Cupro, Tencel, and linen, plus hand-loomed cotton from India, shuttle-loomed jacquards and woolens milled in Japan, organic and sustainable fibers, all made in NYC.
