About Feral Childe's online shop represents select inventory from our collections, including current and past season styles, one-of-a-kind items and accessories. Unless otherwise stated, all Feral Childe garments are made in New York. Sizing Styles range from XS (0-2), S (4-6), M (8), L (10-12), XL (14). Items fit true to size unless otherwise noted. We aim to accommodate a variety of body types. Please get in touch if you have questions about the fit and measurements of particular styles. Mailing List To receive online shop updates, including special events and sales, please sign up directly on our website. Provide your location to help us serve you better -- we will send you news about sales and special events in your area. We plan on regular additions to our online shop, so please check back often since we won't necessarily send out an email blast with each shop update! Feral Childe makes two collections a year, so you will be sure to hear from at least twice a year with a few regional events in between. You can always manage your contact information online. Privacy & Security We will never, ever distribute or sell any of your personal information. We respect your privacy and take such matters very seriously. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Credit cards are securely processed through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this feature). Shipping Shipping is free in the USA! We strive to fill your orders promptly, usually within three business days, and will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you order multiple items, we will notify you if they ship separately. Feral Childe ships via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (usually 2-5 business days). If you prefer USPS, let us know right away. At checkout, you may request expedited shipping for an additional fee. If your order is urgent or if you have other special requests, we suggest you send us an additional email to inform us as soon as you have placed your order. Special requests and return shipping are subject to additional fees. Currently, we are not shipping outside of the US. We hope to add international sales soon. We will select the carbon offset option for your UPS shipment. Please see www.carbonfund.org for more information or UPS. We use recycled packaging whenever possible. The box might not be pretty, but we take care to pack your items so that they arrive safely. If your order is intended as a gift and you would like gift-wrapping, just let us know. Returns We want you to love your Feral Childe purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and would like to make a return, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or color) or if your item is damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer you an exchange, with free shipping, or a full refund if the item is no longer available. However, we must receive the return before we can offer you any exchange or refund. Sale merchandise and special orders are final. To make a return, you must email us at hello@feralchilde.com with your order information and state your reason for return. We will email you a printable UPS packing slip. Returns are accepted only via UPS with a Feral Childe-provided packing slip and tracking number. Please include your name, email and phone number with your return. Returns can be accepted only if received by us in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact and in saleable condition) in original packaging with your receipt or other proof of purchase, and shipped to the Brooklyn address indicated in the package. We must receive the return within ten days of notice of your intent to return. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will determine whether we can exchange or refund you. Returns received after 10 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee at Feral Childe's discretion. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit or refund. Representation & Availability of Merchandise Feral Childe makes every effort to accurately represent the items for sale on the Feral Childe website. Colors vary on different monitors so don't hesitate to ask us any questions before you place your order. Feral Childe cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s representation of color, texture, or detail. Feral Childe makes every effort to present actual inventory ready for immediate shipment. Inventory may change at any time. Made-to-order items are indicated as such and will require additional processing time. . . thank you for your patience! We produce our clothing and accessories in small quantities, so we cannot guarantee future availability of any item that you see on our website. If you have placed an order on our website, and the item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
